Two stocked coarse fishing lakes, with carp, tench, roach and perch, close to your Devon base.
The specimen lake is reserved for owners. Ask your host about holiday-guest access, permits and any charges before fishing.

The outdoor pool.
The park’s heated outdoor pool has a terrace and sun loungers beside the water. It opens seasonally, so check the arrangements for your dates.

The pool is unsupervised. Never swim alone, and supervise children under 16 at all times. No food or glass in the pool area.

How does booking directly work?
Choose a caravan and dates, review the price and select a deposit or full payment. Stripe Checkout handles payment. Your account keeps your booking, balance and arrival guide together.
Where are the retreats?
All three caravans are at Springfield Retreat, Tedburn St Mary, Exeter, Devon EX6 6EW. Use your booking-specific arrival instructions.
Can I bring my dog?
No pets are allowed in Manor, Blenheim or Kensington.
Are linen, Wi-Fi and park passes included?
Free Wi-Fi, central heating, bedding and parking outside are included. Please bring towels. Check facility access and any park charges before booking.
What are the cancellation and payment terms?
What if I have accessibility requirements?
Step-free access, doorway widths, bathroom layouts and access around the park need to be checked for each stay. Please discuss your requirements with your host before making a booking.
